How To Order & Payment for On-Line Orders

 

Payment can be made on-line with your Credit or Debit Card using Pay Pal to handle your payment securely.

Payment is taken at the time of completing your purchase on-line.

Select the item you wish to buy and click Add to Cart button. You are given the opportunity to continue shopping or go to Cart.

Take care when choosing the correct size or colour and quantity.  

When you have finished shopping and are ready to check-out, click the Check-Out button or PayPal Check-Out button.

 

If there is any difficulty obtaining the item or the item should be out of stock, you will be contacted and offered the opportunity to change your order or have your purchase refunded.

 

Collection In-Store

 

If you live fairly locally, when completing your transaction on-line, you can opt to collect your items directly and avoid any postage charges. Payment is made on-line at the time of your order and you will be contacted when your order is ready to be collected. A mutually agreeable time can then be agreed for you to collect your order.  

Special Orders can also be placed for additional items not necessarily shown on the On-Line shop.

If you should need to pay by cash or personal cheque instead of by credit or debit card, you can arrange it with us at the time of calling/e-mailing us with your order and pay on collection.  Payment may be required in advance of ordering high value or other special items  ie. Pointe Shoes.

 

 

Postage & Delivery UK

 

All efforts will be made to process and dispatch your order within 48 hours of placing your order. (Does not include Sundays or Bank Holidays) However, some items may need to be obtained from our product suppliers and this may prolong the time required to complete your transaction.  Should you require an order urgently or by a particular date, please notify this at the time of your order or call for advice.  Most orders to the UK, do reach our customers within a period of 3-5 working days. Please allow for weekends and any public holidays.

We regularly send items overseas for our Customers. Most items are sent Air Mail, delivery times can vary greatly from country to country so an approximate time can be given as a guidline only.  The fastest, most economical and secure method is chosen within the limits of goods value and weight of package being sent.  Normally a signature is required on delivery.

Special Next Day Delivery to within UK

 

Subject to your item being confirmed by us as being in stock, it may be possible to arrange Next Day Delivery to within   the UK Mainland at a rate of £7.95 for most normal weight packages. We can quote for any large or particularly heavier packages. Orders must be placed before 1pm.  (Not guranteed Next Day to N.I. Scottish Highlands & Islands in other parts of the UK)

Returns Policy

 

If for any reason you should you not be happy with your purchase, please contact us immediately and return within 14 days of purchase date of the goods.

For most new items, the item must be returned in the exact same condition that you receive it,  unworn, in its original packaging, with tags or labels, clean and free from odour, make-up/deodorant or other marks of any kind.  For hygeine reasons, items such as cosmetics, hair products, lotions, gels or creams, under garments, tights and foot products cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Customers are responsible for the postage costs of returning unwanted items. (Except if the item is found to be faulty and not fit for purpose)

For your protection we suggest customers obtain a proof of posting or use recorded delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for any items that we do not receive.

 

Refunds are processed after the item(s) and packaging have been checked fully. We reserve the right to return the product to you if any item is returned and found not to be in compliance with the Returns Policy.
