TERMS & CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION BY YOU

Please advise at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment.

You may be invoiced for 50% of the consultation or tuition fee, if notification is received less than 24 hours before.

Failure to notify a cancellation or failure to turn up for an appointment will be charged the full amount.

 

CANCELLATION BY US

If a tuition session or class has to be cancelled due to unforseen circumstances, such as illness, the Instructor will offer an alternative date/time for a replacement class to take place in lieu of the cancelled class or where this is not possible, the participant will be offered a refund of the class value.

For Flexi-Block & Private Tuition, the client will be notified and an alternative mutually agreeable date/time arranged.  No refunds are permitted for any reason for usused sessions.

 

PAYMENTS

Group classes and Flexi-Block tuition fees must be paid for before the start of the term/course of sessions

No refunds can be made for classes/tuition sessions purchased for whatever reason. 

EXTENSION OF THE VAILIDITY OF BLOCK BOOKING PURCAHSES IS PURELY AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TUTOR/THERAPIST.

TREATMENTS AND TUITION SESSIONS ARE NON TRANSFERRABLE.

An administration fee of £15 will be applied to any charges incurred through a personal cheque being returned unpaid.

Payment for goods or services can be made by Cash, Personal Cheque or by Credit/Debit Card using PayPal on-line OR in person at the studio by Chip & PIN facility.

Invoices, if issued, are paid within 14 days from date of Invoice.

 

HEALTH DECLARATIONS

It is the participant's responsibility to provide the Instructor/Therapist with accurate information regarding their medical history and at each session, of any recent injuries or health problems that may affect ability or well-being.

The Instructor/Therapist reserves the right to refuse tuition or treatment, if it is considered not in the best interests or well-being of the client and if the client displays inappropriate behaviour or uses offensive language.

If any known medical conditions exist, the participant must discuss and obtain consent from their GP/Consultant/Physiotherapist, to take part in any Pilates/Dance/Therapy session. Occasionaly it is necessary to obtain written approval from a Medical Practitoner.

 

Tuition and Therapy treatments are open to both Men and Women. Priority is given to Gentlemen that have a referral from another Health Practitioner or are known to another existing client of Pointe Performance.  The Instructor/Therapist reserves the right to refuse to provide tuition/Therapy treatment.

 

DESCRIPTIONS & PRICING

The tuition, classes and treatment schedule and duration of sessions are approximate and may change, subject to demand and availability of venue.

Although we take reasonable care to make sure that details, descriptions and prices are correct, we reserve the right to change these at any time.  Product colours are represented as accurately as possible but sometimes a variations may occur.

All our prices include VAT where applicable.

 

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

Goods may be returned within 14 days of date of despatch.  Firstly, contact us to notify us of the need to exchange or return goods, we will then ask you to complete a returns form, which we can e-mail to you.

Tights, Under Garments, Dance Belts, Socks and Foot Care products are final sales and are not returnable.

Goods must be unworn, in the original packaging, undamaged, with original tags and labels and in re-saleable condition.

Return your item(s) postage paid. We recommend using Recorded Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.  Please allow up to 14 days for refund process to be completed.

 

FAULTY GOODS

Products that are found to have a fault on delivery or soon after develop a fault, may be returned for a replacement or purchase price refunded, providing that the fault cannot be due to misuse, wear and tear or damage caused by the customer.

These items may be returned to the manufacturer, who often require inspection of the product before issuing any credit.
